processing payment for Tickets and fines
through Filetickets.ca. Our Website does not
store your Credit Card Number in its
database. All payments are processed by a
secure & trusted payment gateway
provided by Elavon Inc. & Authorize.net.

We recognize the value of the personal
information you share with us; therefore, we
take great measures in ensuring it is safe
and secure from third party access and
theft. We use the current technologies and
physical measures to safeguard any
information we collect. We do not share or
disclose your information unless it is as
discussed under section 3 above. However,
you are aware that no matter how current and
strong the security measures employed is, it
is not a 100% guarantee that the information
will be safe. We, therefore, cannot
guarantee you that only persons authorized

liability claims arising from loss of

We do not collect information about you
unless we need them to provide the Site and
